Eftsure: Supplier onboarding at Vantage
Vantage and its related entities has implemented Eftsure as part of its accounts payable process to ensure all payments made are protected against fraud and error.
We take cyber security very seriously and Eftsure is an independent, real-time, continuous controls monitoring system, designed to manage and validate the integrity of online transactions. Vendor data is stored on Eftsure servers, which are physically located in Australia, including back up servers – you may already be using Eftsure with other vendors.
The verification process includes receiving an email with a link and instructions to verify your details on Eftsure’s platform. You will be given a secure login to this portal and can revisit at any time.
The following details will need to be provided:
- Company name
- Australian Business Number and trading name
- GST registration
- Company contact details
- Bank account details (You will have a choice to enter these details manually or securely connect to your financial institution via the Bank Link option. Once the details are complete, you will be given a reference number by the system)
You may also receive a follow-up phone call with the Eftsure team to confirm these details. The person you speak to will repeat back your reference number and can provide additional legitimacy information before completing the verbal confirmation of details. All Eftsure staff are security screened and have undergone extensive training and police checks.
