Property management services provide an integral link between tenants, service providers and the portfolio and asset management teams. This includes the overall delivery and management of a wide variety of services including building maintenance, facilities management, customer service, budgeting and lease administration. Property funds often adopt an outsourced property management model for their assets which involves appointing a real estate agent to handle the day to day administration of assets.


We are of the view, however, that even with close supervision this approach does not ensure an adequate level of service to our tenants that are the lifeblood of our investments. Without direct control over the workload and actions of the property managers, there has not been the ability to ensure a pro-active service to our tenants. As a result, we adopt an integrated property management model with all staff and functions employed by and directly supervised by Vantage employees.

With the management department employed by Vantage and located in our office we can not only ensure a first class level of service but also foster closer relationships with our tenants and more regular monitoring of our assets. Our in-house model ensures exceptional levels of service to our tenants as well as reducing operating costs which directly translates to investor returns.

Asset management focuses on attracting and retaining quality tenants through both active management and having a detailed understanding of our tenant’s position and needs. Our direct relationships with our tenants results in higher occupancy, retention and tenant satisfaction.
